📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets,Monitor and maintain quality standards,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and procurement activities,Train and develop junior staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field,Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven track record in operational management,Familiarity with quality control processes,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of safety procedures,Fluency in Indonesian language
