Sentral Zahra Laundry is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to take on the challenge, we want to hear from you. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and development. You will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and performance evaluations,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and impartial manner,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the company's efforts to promote a positive and inclusive work environment,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
