📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
• Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions
• Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing and employee records
• Assist in performance management and employee relations
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and training
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
