📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
- Prepare and submit tax reports and filings.
- Provide financial support to the management team.
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and familiarity with international standards (IFRS).
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
