Bay Seed Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies.,Provide support to the Learning and Development team as needed.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
