📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory tests.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance.
