Develop and implement innovative chemical processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.,Conduct process optimization studies to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.,Oversee the operation and maintenance of chemical process equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions.,Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and safety protocols.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the manufacturing processes.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in chemical process engineering principles and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
