Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.Set and achieve sales targets, and provide regular reports on sales performance.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products and services are effectively marketed and promoted.Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and technologies to ensure our team is always at the forefront of the industry.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong understanding of the manufacturing and/or industrial equipment industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using sales and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong leadership and team management skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.🛠️ Keahlian
