📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure high-quality standards are met in all products and services.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of new products and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
