As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from electrical and plumbing repairs to HVAC systems and general property upkeep. You'll work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and repair building structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to schedule and complete maintenance tasks.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hotel systems.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related fields.
• Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with SAP and BIM 360 software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
