Toko Bangunan Adi Store is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about helping people and have a strong background in HR, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Experience in a retail or construction industry is a plus.
