📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Stock and manage inventory of food ingredients.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and decision-making processes.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Assist in special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Willingness to travel for work purposes.
