📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory control and stock management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
