📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that cost estimates are comprehensive and realistic.
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including cost breakdowns, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and ensure that cost estimates are accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our cost estimates are competitive and compliant.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project progress and cost status.
• Ensure that all cost estimates are approved by relevant parties before proceeding with projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping and construction estimation.
• Proficient in using estimation software such as EstimateOne, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with Australian construction practices and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
