📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement cost-saving measures.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers in the team.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
