📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and inventory.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage stock levels.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience with warehouse safety and security protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.
