📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
