Indonesia Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing real estate company. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we find the best candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
