As a Deputy Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior project managers to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support or independently manage electrical and instrumentation projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in electrical and instrumentation projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
