📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the installation of MEP systems in luxury villas and resorts, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering, and recommend improvements to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, addressing any challenges or issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency of the properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard MEP software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to Bali.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP, BIM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
