📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline financial processes, reduce errors, and enhance decision-making.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis using SAP and other financial software.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in implementing AI and automation tools in financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certifications in financial management, accounting, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
