📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials using Canva.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Handle administrative tasks related to client communications and project management.
• Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and preparing invoices.
• Assist in the organization of team meetings and events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic marketing or financial environment.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Canva.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and marketing strategies is a plus.
