📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document existing business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio and BPMN.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in our operations.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline our processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our SOPs are aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor the performance of our processes and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that our processes are supported by robust systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
• Proven experience with process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio and BPMN.
• Strong understanding of SAP and familiarity with other enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
