📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to support the company's decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational reporting and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma (optional but preferred).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
